If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds must be returned within two weeks of the shipment date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for merchandise which has been customized or personalized. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering.

GLOVE GUARANTEE
Valle baseball gloves are guaranteed for 12 months against any defective workmanship when used for the reason intended and under normal conditions. Any damage from misuse will not be covered.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
